During my solo travels, I stayed in a hotel with a great location in the old centre, close to the ancient town. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spotless bathroom. the service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with both local and western options. I also got a great view of the city from the window, which was a wonderful bonus. this hotel had all the facilities I needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel could use some improvement when it comes to soundproofing the room against street noise.

Great place with its location.
The location was amazing. The staff was limited in their English, but that fits with most of hotels in Vietnam. The rooms have cockeroaches and salamanders, so prepare yourself for some companionship during the night.

Hotel is well located near center of Old Town. Room was basic and clean. Good option for travellers who do not wish to spend much time inside. A good value for your money.
Hotel is located down town so... Was a bit noisy but we slept well using fan/ air con (in good working condition). Hot water and water pressure was ok... But plumbing was not up to standards (overflow, leaks...)

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city by foot. I was able to easily walk to the river, as well as to various cafes and restaurants in the old town. The cleanliness of my room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Nothing everything was great.

The room is big and bright. It exactly looks like the picture on internet. It is located near ancient town, only a few minutes to many tourist attaction. Internet in lobby area worked well. Hotel staff showed sour face when found out I didn't take their tour. But, after I asked him to smile, his attitude changed much better :)
They offered that I figured out more expensive than travel agent after some short survey. Do not, do not book hotel to Da Nang airport transfer at this hotel. They gave me unfamous taxi and in the middle of the journey, the taxi driver took in one man (probably his friend) and dropped him before airport. You better go find Maylinh taxi that is easy to find in city center.

Great location
They do not clean the rooms unless asked. Lots of ants in the room and it wasn't very clean and when we asked if we could get a late check out they wanted to charge us an extra night even though we had stayed there for three nights already. Staff were generally unhelpful.

The hotel was in a key location with easy access to the city center. the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, those were the only two redeeming qualities of our stay.
Despite the great location and helpful staff, our room was not cleaned properly. We found hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets.

Room and all setting in a very traditional look! Some details were torn but considering about the age of the house, these are acceptatble! Super fast Wifi available in room, which is considered the best of all! Extremely great location, most restaurants and attractions are all within walking accessible area! Very friendly and efficient front desk staff! Only be sure to prepare cash to pay for room rate as no credit card accepted!

Simple but affective hotel, very close to the ancient part of Hoi An Town. Helpful for booking tours and onward travel. 5Km from beautiful beach, easily accessible by hired motorbike or cycle. More than good enough for under $20 per night.

Conveniently located in the heart of the town with easy access to shops and restaurants. Room was also quite spacious with a comfy bed and a balcony overlooking the streets below. the shower had a good pressure with warm water and an abundance of towels was appreciated.
The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep even with earplugs. the hotel looked rather outdated and the staff did not seem too interested in helping us with recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Can't think of anything.

Ideal location near historical part of town
AC didn't work so we asked for another room, which was offered to us right away. Nevertheless management charged the higher price for the original room!
